Before joining Shadow Shift, Sumenah worked at Jack of Digital, where she managed key partnerships and client portfolios across TikTok, ShareIT, and Panda Ads. Her role centered on building long-term relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and aligning creative services with business objectives. Through her leadership, she strengthened the company’s positioning and helped bridge strategic vision with measurable client impact across industries including hospitality, fintech, and fashion.
Earlier in her career, Sumenah established and led the digital division at her previous organization, overseeing a multidisciplinary team across marketing, design, and content. After completing his Master’s in Data Science in Berlin, he’s worked with brands like Cook Unity, Transavia, and Uno Bravo helping them make smarter decisions by unlocking the stories hidden in their data. With roots in public speaking and MUNs, he’s just as comfortable breaking down strategy in a meeting as he is building data pipelines behind the scenes.
Saif specializes in AI powered analytics, churn prediction, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and automating data workflows at scale. From managing thousands of TikTok ad accounts to modeling marketing impact with adstock, he turns chaos into clarity. He’s fluent in tools like Python, SQL, TensorFlow, Looker, Snowflake, and Google Cloud, including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Storage and knows how to stitch them together into fast, reliable systems that drive real business growth.
